I saw this game Wonder King and I am intrigued by it. I'm looking for more info about the game and hopefully I could play it soon. My favorite PC game is the Age of Empires - I love building things up and conquering other territories.

There's a Bleach game too by the way.

Kimi Wo Mamotte, Kimi Wo Aishite English Translation / Another Ichiruki Proof

You want another Ichiruki proof? How about the ending sequence by Tite Kubo from Bleach episodes 215 - 229? The closing song is Kimi Wo Mamotte, Kimi Wo Aishite and I have the English Translation! To be honest, I didn't like the song when I first heard it but after listening to it several times it grew on me.

Kimi Wo Mamotte, Kimi Wo Aishite English Translation (unofficial as always)

Love You! (Love You!)
When we first met it was raining hard wasn't it?
Even though it was raining it was obvious you were crying
Love You! (Love You!)
Even though there are times when a feeling of sadness attacks you
I (I) care every second that passes you

Because I know the reasons to why your tears flow
I was standing close to you
To stop all your tears

I will protect you
From all the things that make you suffer
I don't care if I can't do anything else
I cannot make it perfect
But I will make sure to make you happy

I will swear everytime
That I will protect You

Love you, The first thing you heard from me was Dont cry wasnt it?
You were telling me a lie but you were still crying
Love You, Even if You were criticizing yourself for not being able to laugh
I love every second that passes you

The time when it was storming and I went out to look for you
I promised myself I must protect you when I saw you standing in the rain
I will protect you, from everything that makes you suffer
I dont care if other people laugh at me
I may not be able to make it perfect but Ill definitely make you happy
I swear, I will protect you no matter what

Until a shooting star passes by I will match my breathing with you
I pray I am able to protect you, who is praying to the stars
when my life ends I want you close to me
At least in the very last second, this time please be the one to watch over me

I will protect you, from everything that makes you suffer
I dont care if I cant do anything else
I cant make miracles but being with you is my miracle
I swear, I will protect you no matter what

The song is so mushy (sob!). Ichiruki fans were happy...one even cited the two characters held hand which I didn't see initially.

I just want to understand the song or at least explain what it is about even if I can't yet speak Japanese.

The Fuss Over Shojo S (English) / Hottest Bleach Opening Yet

Bleach Opening 10 is Shojo S by Scandal. Just look at Rukia and Orihime let it all go dancing like there's no tomorrow! This is the new Bleach opening for episode 215. Some Bleach fanboys don't like it even with Rukia and Orihime dancing. What on earth do you want? Ichigo and Ishida shaking their booties instead? HA! Crazy otakus! Some say Kon made the video. Kon is Tite Kubo - he made the character anyway. Nah, I'm playing.

Shojo S must be the hottest Bleach opening which is apt for its SUMMER!!! Yeah enjoy Rukia displaying a bit of her s-xuality normally absent in the series. Yes, Naruto Shippudden ladies got into dancing several episodes ago but NOT LIKE this. I will post Shojo S music video once available. I'm interested.

I don't remember any hot Bleach opening maybe because I'm tired? I'll try to recall some but for now this is the show's hottest opening song yet. I'm sure many more will follow.

In case you're wondering what the band is saying (like I did) here's a translation

Shojo S English Translation

by Scandal

I guess I'm trying to say thank you?

I only let a tiny bit of honesty show through

As the days wind down trying to blame someone else is just running away

Anyways, I'm sorry. Goodbye

Chorus

I wanna hold your hand when you're gone. I'm selfish like that.

(Never gonna let it go. Never gonna give it up)

I wanna know what love and friendship mean

(I don't dig how. It's always so vague.)

Someday you will bust the lock on my heart

The door to my heart is closed up tight

Waiting for you to knock

I don't need anything else

I wanna believe in tomorrow

This is Shojo S English Translation please enjoy it Bleach fans (courtesy of Dattebayo). It is still incomplete as the song's single is yet to be released. I will update this and find a full translation soon.

Who's Sky chord? (English Translation)

"Don't leave me, Sky chord!" a young woman cries in her song. But who is Sky chord? Most probably the singer's loved one and as for Orihime - Ishida er, Ichigo. I wonder if Orihime wants to turn back the pendulum and win Ichigo (by the way February's not over yet). Who's your Sky chord? I do hope you don't have one.

Ichigo is making Orihime love him more because of his stance against Ulqiorra. I can't wait to see the Arrancar get pawned. Ichigo's getting all the main female characters in Bleach - girl hog. I'm kidding.

Initially my reaction was WHAAAAAT Sky chord? What kind of guy would want a pseudonym like that? I was surprised by the name but I liked the song the moment I heard it. It is now included in my favorite Bleach Soundtracks

Here's Sky chord Otona Ni Naru Kimi He unofficial English translation:

I can’t sing a song with a honest lyrics
because I always end up sugar coating the words
When someone as laid-back as me
realize he had something worth protecting?

Don’t leave me, Sky Chord,
You would’ve stayed here back then, yeah yeah…
I’ve lost you, Sky Chord,
It’s not anyone’s fault, but…

I know there are things more important to me
than becoming an adult.
But I’ll be growing up the whole time
I’m trying to figure out what they are.

You say we can’t stay like this forever?
I know.. so let’s take that first step.

Sky chord otona ni naru kimi he (acoustic)

The song is as beautiful as Orihime. I'm still Ichiruki though.

Somebody please kick Hiyori's rear. Yachiru is enough! I wonder what will happen if the two ever meet - the two of Soul Society's most spoiled rotten brats (too bad for Lurichiyo - she's a filler character."We are not happy!"LOL!). Most likely, they'll be best of friends and will tear up Seireitei. Kubo Forbid. Seriously. Both of them will dominate Shinigami Cup - imagine the horror among the other characters.

All these mushiness will disappear come next month but for now...

Favorite Bleach Soundtracks

Here are some of my favorite Bleach tracks:

Asterisk by Orange Range

First time I heard the song I instantly loved it. I think I've discussed this before but whatever. Asterisk is found in the opening credits of episode one. The fact that Ichigo and co. were hearing hip hop clothes made the song even cooler. The stars look like asterisk from where we are standing.

Here are some facts regarding the song Asterisk:

It was used as the first opening to the anime Bleach. This song stayed on the top 20 in Japan for 22 weeks and spent most of it at number one. This became the number four single of 2005 and the number one single of the year from Orange Range, selling 628,329 copies.

In Japan market where pop acts rule, this is a very significant achievement for Orange Range indeed.

First Opening Theme

Bleach Soundtrack

Rolling Star - Yui

The opening line is enough to catch my attention when I was watching this opening song in Bleach at the Bounto arc. The cuteness of the voice intrigued me but seriously it is the catchy tone and the rocking beat that got me. Yui is a Japanese superstar and I'm not surprised for she has other songs included in the Bleach soundtrack.

Fifth Opening Theme

Bleach Soundtrack

Tsumasaki - Ore Ska Band

Bleach cliffhangers usually piss or irritate me but not when this song is playing. Ska is one of my favorite genres of music and I liked it when Tite Kubo included this in the Bleach Soundtrack. Every time I hear Tsumasaki I feel like dancing - with matching elbow movements that tries to hit my bro and sister sitting beside me watching the anime. Because of Hollywood emphasis on flash, there are many asinine comments in YT hitting the girl's weight. I'm glad the superficial people tend to be few and Americans - please indulge on the Jonas Brothers and leave the real musicians alone okay?

Eleventh Ending Theme

Bleach Soundtrack

Velonica - Aqua Timez

I got my brother interested in Jrock when I introduce the video of this song to him. No, this is Velonica! Not Veronica. Watch the opening of Bleach episode (the ones currently showing 200 -201), it says Velonica on the credits LOL. The Japanese people's inability to pronounce "L" isn't the issue here. (Interviewer: What can you say about Imelda? Japanese Man: Imelda ... the Filipino people.) Listen to the Bass. Listen to the riffs...unbelievable! I should have been singing this song already had it been in English but I can't.

Ninth Opening Theme

Bleach Soundtrack

Senna

Need I say more? I first heard this at the Arrancar Arc but this was the soundtrack of the first Bleach movie: Memories of Nobody. The violin is having an or----. Honestly, I get pumped up whenever I hear Senna and the Arrancars are on-screen. Senna for an anime character is beautiful and has a cheery personality. She's better than Rukia (no offense to Ichiruki fans).

Bleach Soundtrack

The Precipice of Defeat

We all hear this in battle situations. The track is very effective in pumping the audience for an upcoming battle or signals a change in momentum - who really has the upper hand in a fight. To make it simple, we call it Bleach Battle Theme although there was actually a track with that title. "The Precipice of Defeat" sounds cool.

Bleach Soundtrack

Tonight Tonight Tonight - Beat Crusaders

This is the only song in Bleach I could sing a long with from start to finish. An upbeat track with positive message - what is not to like about the song? Maybe the singers as they cover their faces when performing. Rumor has it they don't want their faces to be seen by their office mates so they put masks.

Fourth Opening Theme

(to be concluded)
