This is the position Pacquiao wants De La Hoya to be in come fight night - on his a--
The Pacquiao vs De La Hoya Dream Match is getting intense media attention as the week passes by. The Golden Boy Promotions - Top Rank media blitz is working and the campaign first began in New York with Manny and Oscar having a photo-op at the Statute of Liberty. Chicago, Houston, San Antonio followed and at the moment the two boxers are in San Francisco promoting the fight and exchanging juicy sound bites for boxing media both legitimate (Espn, Fox etc) and fly-by-night ones (Ringtalk, Boxingconfidential) to blow out of proportions. So far the fight has been a blockbuster already in terms of ticket sales and fan reception despite the economic crisis facing the United States and the rest of the world at the moment.

HBO will air a reality series featuring both fighters on Nov.16 8:30 Pacific / Eastern Time please check local listings and subject to change without prior notice. Don't blame me if you miss it. I wonder if the country's official fight broadcaster could air that show for I'll definitely watch it (no knows what station would cover the fight).
This is the first part of a series featuring Pacquiao-De La Hoya match up. I will provide more updates and analysis in the build up to the December 6 fight.
Topmost Image note:
I don't want to post disrespectful photo of OLDH but he started trash-talking Pacquiao in San Antonio. “I will knock you out on Dec. 6. I’m telling you this because I want you to remember The Alamo.”
The Alamo is a historic event in American history when OVERSIZED MEXICAN Army (Mexico - where De La Hoya traces his ancestry) of about 6,000 battled the SMALL (180 - 250) Texan volunteers but the latter held out for several days before being defeated. Days later, the avenging Texans ambushed the sleeping Mexicans (they were having their siesta) and captured their President General Sta. Ana LOL. I hope Pacquiao recovers from initial De La Hoya onslaught and beat this "courageous" guy. I don't like this match up from the start and is against it for obvious reasons but I will support Manny still. I'm his fan - win or lose.
